Where will the enamel pins be shipped from?
Frogtastic Frogs will be shipped from the Netherlands, in Europe. We will comply to the GPSR rules and be able to send to all EU citizens and outside of Europe.

Which enamel pin will be a special enamel pin?
We hope to try and make the Northern Glass Frog a special enamel pin. The plan is to make it a transparent resin enamel pin with some recessed metal with transparent resin on it. It’s a tricky new type of enamel pin for me to design but I’ll have help to make sure it’ll go well.
There are chances that the transparent resin parts might have some bubbles in them, which is the risk with these resin enamel pins, but for backers I’ll grade and filter those all out and only send the perfect enamel pins.

What will happen if all goals have been unlocked?
If that great news happens we will celebrate it with some nice pastry and then check to see if we can perhaps unlock some extra designs. I got ideas for board fillers with small leaves and let’s be honest, there are still so many frogs and toads to give a spotlight!

Combined shipping with Birds of Rotterdam and Frogtastic Frogs
If you backed both Birds of Rotterdam and Frogtastic Frogs you can use the combined shipping. You’ll pay shipping costs over at Birds of Rotterdam survey but need to follow some information I’ve mentioned in my survey. It’s mentioned in the first question so it should be easily followed.
Roundbirbart and I will cross reference the information provided by you all and make sure both the birds and the frogs are in one package. Plus the two freebie pins of the duckling and frog on a lily pad, of course!
What works is filling in N/A on all lines except the ‘country’-line: that should be Local Pickup.

That all goes fine! You can also fill in your address but just make sure it’s Local Pick up in the country line. I’ve seen some do that as well.
Roundbirbart and I will double check if everything went correctly before we lock and charge you. So if you want to make double sure you did it correctly, you can mention you’d like the combined shipping with Birds of Rotterdam (or Roundbirbart) in the ‘additional questions’-box.

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
